We recommend that you:

- Describe in full your news item, including who is involved, what it is about, when and where it occurred or will occur, and any background material or explanation

- Text should be submitted electronically in PDF, .DOC or .DOCX format.

- In photos, identify the people pictured if possible. Also include the name of the photographer if possible.

- Photos should be attached in .JPG format, with a recommended resolution of 150 dpi or higher.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Attachments should be no more than 3MB in total size. Anything larger will not pass through our e-mail server.
