Lend a hand at a 'Life Chain' near you
Catholic churches and other faith groups will participate in sidewalk "Life Chains" on Respect Life Sunday, Oct. 7, joining more than 1,500 similar prayer vigils across the U.S. and Canada to give witness to the thousands of babies killed by abortion every day.

HIGH POINT — A Pro-Life Rosary prayer vigil to pray for an end to abortion will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 6, at 901 North Main St. and Sunset Drive.
