Ordination, Holy Hour for priest candidates set

CHARLOTTE — Bishop Peter J. Jugis invites the faithful of the diocese to a Holy Hour of Prayer for the three priesthood ordination candidates Jason Kemble Barone, Matthew Paul Codd, Peter James Shaw and their families starting at 5 p.m. Friday, June 1, at St. Patrick Cathedral, located at 1621 Dilworth Road East in Charlotte.

The faithful are also invited to attend the Liturgy of Ordination to the Holy Priesthood for the three candidates starting at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 2, at St. Mark Church, located at 14740 Stumptown Road in Huntersville.
