CHARLOTTE — The Charlotte St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival is making a comeback Saturday, March 11, in uptown.
Students from St. Patrick School and Our Lady of the Assumption School, as well as members of the Ancient Order of Hibernians, Irish dancers, pipe bands, alumni from Belmont Abbey College and other Catholic entities will participate.
The parade steps off at 11 a.m. along Tryon Street. The festival, with live music and food vendors, runs 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Public parking will be available throughout the city.
