The Diocese of Charlotte Development Office has an opening for a full-time Director of Annual Giving. The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, a minimum of 5 years of experience in stewardship/development and marketing. A knowledge of Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge database is preferred. Must have excellent written, interpersonal and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities include:

Coordinating all diocesan appeals, including the Diocesan Support Appeal, promoting all special collections including the priests’ retirement and benefits collection, and coordinating parish stewardship efforts. Also oversees the diocesan database and office webpages.
