020123 cchsCHARLOTTE — Several hundred Charlotte Catholic High School students rallied around 10 student-athletes Wednesday as they signed commitments to play sports at a variety of colleges on National Letter of Intent Day.

Flanked by their families and coaches, the athletes were dressed in jerseys and colors of their soon-to-be colleges and smiled for cameras as they put pen to paper.

“This is the pinnacle of their success as high school athletes,” said Athletic Director Kevin Christmas. “We know they will continue to make us proud not only through their athletic performances and talent, but through their character, values and love for the Lord instilled in them by their families and the Charlotte Catholic community.”
