041923 CCHS Spring signing day

CHARLOTTE — On Wednesday, Charlotte Catholic High School held its spring signing day for senior athletes. As their parents, teachers and fellow students proudly looked on, seven student-athletes in multiple sports including basketball, football, swimming, wrestling and rugby signed letters of intent to the college or university they will call home this fall. In what’s become a tradition at Charlotte Catholic, the entire student body was on hand to cheer for them.

Pictured above are the student-athletes:

  • Joey Baisley – who is joining the wrestling team at Worcester Polytechnic Institute
  • Ryan Bambrick – who will swim for the University of Lynchburg
  • Evan Chromy – who will play football for Saint Francis University
  • Michael Egan – who will play rugby at the University of Notre Dame
  • Patrick Maher – who will play rugby at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania
  • Aniyah Scales – who will play basketball for Benedict College
  • Patrick Tivnan – who will play basketball for Dartmouth University
